Your cat has decided to eat some of her babies and sometimes even the whole body. For the human family this event tends to cause frustration but especially disgust and rejection.
However, this is a behavior that is (to a certain extent) normal in the animal world.
- Why do females eat their babies?

Stress:

domestic cat never eats her babies due to stress, but this isn't

peaceful space to give birth or harassing your pet with too much care

A lack of maternal instinct
If the mother get rid of her babies by eating them, it is possible that she lacks maternal instinct, which means she don't know or have no interest in raising them.

Weak or sick:
This may seem cruel but this is the natural selection that governs all species in one way or another.
Through powerful sense of smell the cat can be able to detect that the kitten is infected by a virus or misshapenness, she supposes that he can't survive or can contaminate his brothers , the mothers kills his proper babies in order to save the others. In case of having birth of 5 or 6 kittens, the weaker must be eaten, the mommy must be able to feed their kids properly, so she has to keep the strongest ,because having this much of babies may be dangerous for her and them health.
